Space X and Elon Musk Launch Tesla Car to Mars

How to Get Inspired - Space X Car and Earth

Unless you have been living under a rock lately, you would have seen the amazing launch of Space X's "Falcon Heavy" rocket carrying a Tesla Roadster car as its payload. Now that is good advertising! If you are wondering about how to get inspired by this event, read on.

It wasn't always easy for Elon Musk. He went from being seriously bullied at school, to multi-millionaire via PayPal, back to being nearly broke living off loans and to where he is now with Space X. He also married, divorced, re-married and re-divorced.

Life as an entrepreneur isn't always easy

Now having secured a $1.5billion contract with NASA to "send things" into orbit for them, it seems life couldn't get any better. With this latest mission, all eyes are on Elon Musk and the continuing Space X program.

You can read more about the business life of Elon Musk here and make sure you check out the Falcon Heavy launch below too. The actual launch sequence starts at 29m 44s.

Feeling inspired and motivated yet?

I watched this whole thing in incredible awe. Not just by the successful launch and even more incredible landing of two of the re-usable rockets, but by seeing a car in space and looking down on our beautiful planet.

It made me realise just how small we are and that how are time here is limited.

Try to make every day count and try to ensure that everything you do makes a difference in some way. Even if it is helping someone with their shopping or telling your family that you love them. Doing something little every day to make your life better goes a long way and this is something I learned about my business.

Learning about and becoming inspired by the theory of the butterfly effect in the past, I always try and do at least one thing every day that will move my business forward. Of course, I always try and do the same with my kids each day by:

  • check
    Teaching them a life skill
  • check
    Playing with them
  • check
Just giving them a massive hug
